What is Reiki?
Reiki is an ancient Japanese Technique that first emerged in the late 1800’s. The Japanese word “rei” means universal, and “ki” means life energy. Together, Reiki translates to Universal Life Energy; allowing the practitioner to channel this energy directly through the recipient, creating a safe, gentle and non-invasive form of healing for mind, body and soul.
What to Expect:
During a session, a person will receive healing and restorative wellness for the mind and spirit; allowing the body to recover on a cellular level from stress, injury, and emotional distress. The Reiki practitioner will use their hands to channel this energy to the client, helping to activate the natural healing process of the body to help restore physical and emotional well-being. It is a powerful healing technique that compliments Western Medicine and enhances its results. Reiki helps reduce stress and anxiety, promotes relaxation, alleviates pain and aids in self-empowerment.
Private/Group Yoga
Ashtanga yoga is based on the “Primary Series” developed by Sri K. Pattabhi Jois. This practice synchronizes the breath with movement while transitioning through sequences and postures. This vigorous moving meditation aims to strengthen the body and relieve the stress from everyday life.

Vinyasa Yoga connects breath and movement to encourage meditation and mindfulness. It uses the sun salutations to invite warmth into the body to safely stretch and connect with ourselves, encouraging ease for the mind and spirit.

Private/Group Pilates
Pilates is a low-impact full-body workout suitable for all ages. It was first developed in the early 20th century by German physical trainer Joseph Pilates.
This type of exercise focuses on breath and core strength; conditioning the deeper supporting muscles of your body to improve posture, balance and coordination. This workout also improves muscle tone, flexibility, mobility, balance and overall strength.
